All vendors, data providers, and algorithmic partners must demonstrate
a Global Coherence Index (GCI) ≥ 0.85 and Δfair ≤ 1×10⁻⁷ across all
decision-impacting systems. Independent audit records shall be available
for inspection. Failure to maintain these standards may result in
contract termination, suspension of data privileges, or financial
penalties as defined by the contracting entity.
